Master Class In Grilling

Westchester Business NewsHartsdale, NY - Just in time for that Memorial Day barbecue... on Saturday, May 17th Mortons’ The Steakhouse in White Plains Executive Chef, Kevin Dranoff, will lead a grilling tips master class at Chef Central at 45 South Central Avenue in Hartsdale.

The special event will feature free tastings of Morton’s famous steak in the on-site Chef Central classroom.

The session will begin at 2:00 PM with a free grilling demonstration and tasting presented by Morton's The Steakhouse of White Plains. Chef Dranoff will grill, slice and serve several different cuts of Morton’s famous beef. He will also explain how to grill the perfect steak at home and share various recipes from The Morton’s Steak Bible. The session will be followed by a question and answer segment. The event will also feature special giveaways from the Morton’s Steakhouse grilling collection.
