 Mamaroneck, NY - The Mamaroneck Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Wine Trail Event, on Sunday, May 4, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Village of Mamaroneck.
Participating in this years event are primarily Chamber of Commerce members among other local vendors.
The action begins with participant check-in at the registration booth at Harbor Island between 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Free parking will also be available at the waterfront. Several old-fashion Trolley Cars will be on hand to provide participants with transportation up and down Mamaroneck & Halstead Avenues & Boston Post Road. Trolley stops will be clearly marked where wine sampling will be offered.
“Wine Connoisseurs” will be on hand at selected locations to give talks about the different variety of wines being sampled. In addition, selected vendors will offer participants redeemable coupons for good and services to their establishments, which can be used at a later date.
The Mamaroneck Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to be offering this event to the community again this year. According to Rose Silvestro, President of the Chamber, “this is a perfect opportunity to invite others into our community and unveil what we can offer them; we are opening our doors and inviting the public in”.
This not to be missed event offers a unique opportunity for the vendors of Mamaroneck to showcase their products and services. The community is looking to attract visitors as well as locals to this annual event.
Tickets may be purchased in advance and are also available the day of the event. Tickets prices are $50.00 each, which entitles you to free admittance into each Wine Trial stop and unlimited rides on the Trolley. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
